Over the past two years, our focus has been on regional fish cuisine. With a creative approach and international inspirations, we have delighted our guests with unique culinary experiences. At the same time, guests who prefer meat or vegetarian dishes have also enjoyed exceptional flavours and carefully crafted creations.
Since June 2026, Sebastian Rumpf has been leading our kitchen team. The new concept for Restaurant WASSERMANN is currently being developed.
