chef Johannes Ganisl
In November 2023, Johannes Ganisl took charge in the kitchens at the MONDI Resort on Lake Grundlsee. Prior to this the 29-year-old from Flachgau was head chef at the „Narzissendorf Zloam“resort. During his career he has enriched international hotel kitchens in the 4- and 5-star sector with his flair for fine cuisine. He also gained valuable experience in staff management at various locations. "We are very happy to have such a talented and motivated chef in our midst," says Resort Director Franz Kromoser, "especially because he shares our values in terms of team success, working with regional producers, and prioritizing freshness and quality." Johannes caters for guests from the resort & region in the SEEBLICK restaurant with high-quality regional, taditional cooking. In the WASSERMANN restaurant, the focus is on regional fish specialities rounded off with the unique Grundlsee panorama.
